BaltiCCycle is a network for the development of a Cycle!culture in the Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia). Different partners are participating in different kind of projects, commercial and non commercial.

Since 2008 it is completeted by UAB "Baltic cycle" Ltd. which maintains the web pages www.balticcycle.eu and www.velo-city.lt
